- Add Healthy items , like Poha , Dal suji cheela, idli, mix vegetable idli, green vegetables etc.
- Drink atleast 7-8 glasses of water .
- You can take thr help of any application for reminders.
- Wake up early.
- Do some exercises in the morning and in the evening as well.
- Go for a walk on the terrace.
- Try to appreciate yourself.
- Avoid junk food.
- Try not to eat oily food.
