Skin care is the range of practices that support skin integrity, enhance its appearance and relieve skin conditions. They can include nutrition, avoidance of excessive sun exposure and appropriate use of emollients. Skincare routine for glowing skin is important for today’s youth .
As it is said Sound mind lives in a sound body , likewise glowing skin lives in the dream of almost everyone nowadays. Every teenager is concerned about their skin in present era. So I will be sharing the skincare routine for glowing skin at home. We follow various celebraties on social networking sites but never tried their skin care regime they follow.
Skincare routine for glowing skin
1.DRINK UP IN THR MORNING– Skincare starts with the morning itself. Starting your day with a glass of water keeps your skin hydrated and glowing. After the bed, go and have a glass of water .For better results ,you can take luke warm water or honey in like warm water or lemon in hot water etc. You can take any one as per your convenience. But do include this your you’re daily routine.
2.CTM– After taking a bath, another step one need to follow is CTM ,i.e., Cleanser , Toner and moisturizer. It keeps the skin hydrated by daily use.You can use any cleanser which suits your skin.
After using the cleanser, it’s time to tone our skin by using any toner that suits your skin. I will personally suggest this one for better results. Apply the toner with a cotton ball and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
Now, apply any moisturizer that suits your skin. It’s important to apply moisturizer and that’s upto you which one you want to have. These are the best one can easily afford and use.
3. Sunscreen– Last but not the least , we are going closer to the results of glowing skin. It’s time to apply some sunscreen after our skin absorbs the moisturizer. You can use any of the sunscreen. But try to avoid SPF more than 60+ and less than 30+ . It will start ruining your skin.
4. Healthy cup of breakfast– The first meal of the day should be healthy as it affects our skin.
Eat healthy breakfast after doing all the things on your skin.
By doing this on regular basis,you definitely gonna see the results.
TIPS FOR GLOWING SKIN
- 1. Drink a lot of water everyday.
- 2. Eat fruits as much as you can.
- 3. Exercise daily.
- 4. Take steam twice in a week.
- 5. Avoid dust.
- 6. Apply SPF regularly.
- 7. Exfoliate.
- 8. Remove your makeup on time.
- 9. Take sleep properly.
- 10. Hydrate yourself.
In a nutshell , what will be working on your skin is consistency. So try to be regular with your all your works. Even in the pandemic, we are having so much of time which we are wasting ,so it’s the time to invest it in a useful and glowing way.
Also have a look on as it’s important to deal with our mental health too . So focusing externally and internally will help us a lot to improve ourselves.
